A tracking number or ID is a unique combination of numbers and possibly letters that identifies your shipment to enable domestic or international tracking.
Typically, the shipper or online store can provide the tracking number or ID. If you ordered a product from an online store, the confirmation email or shipment tracking notification will usually contain the tracking number or ID. Otherwise, please contact your shipper or online store.
Tracking events usually appear 24-48 hours after receiving the tracking ID. Typically, once the shipment arrives at our site, a tracking event will appear.
Please ensure you have entered the correct tracking number in the correct format: Check the minimum length of 5 characters and the possible presence of special characters in your entry. Tab, comma, space, and semicolon are considered separators between multiple tracking IDs.
If your tracking ID is not working, please contact your shipper or online store.
If you do not have a tracking number, we recommend contacting your shipper. However, if you have other shipping reference numbers, these may work on the shipment tracking systems of the specific business entity responsible for the shipment (e.g., TanEx Express Or TanEx Cargo
